The Delta State Government has officially approved the recruitment of Basic Education Teachers across all Local Government Areas in the state. This initiative is managed by the Delta State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and aims to address the shortage of teachers in primary and junior secondary schools. Delta State SUBEB Recruitment Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) or higher qualifications (B.Sc Ed, B.Ed, B.A Ed).
- Candidates must have at least five O’ Level credit passes, including Mathematics and English, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Be under the age of 40 years.
- Be willing to teach in any local government area within Delta State.
- For non-teaching positions, candidates must possess an NYSC Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion certificate.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage, but NOT mandatory.
- Possess a National ID Card or National Identification Number (NIN).

Delta SUBEB Registration Deadline
