  • HND holders can apply for technical and vocational schools and must obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) within three years.
  • At least five O’Level Credits (WAEC or NECO), including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate.
  • A valid birth certificate or sworn affidavit from a court of law.
